Waving the flag

A routine trip to the shops on Monday morning became just that little bit more exciting for Jacob when an Australian flag was thrust into his hands and he was told to wave as the Queens baton raced past in the pre-Commonwealth Games relay. Like most two year olds Jacob would quite happily wave at a blank wall, especially given a flag to wave with, so the passing baton, entourage and cheering onlookers were all just icing on the cake.
